Meditation

Just now I have completed doing my daily practice of meditating. Daily in the morning I quitely and peacefully sit on the bed. Then it takes me a minute or two do settle my mind and get into that mood of meditation.

I start of with Win Hof breathing method. In this breathing method we need to inhale and exhale without any break between the both. I pace could be slow or fast according to the individual. For me personally i prefer doing in medium pace. I do it for 3 rounds. It give me tingling sensation for my finger tips and toes also I feel a change in my body temperature. After doing this I feel light and good.

Next, I do Anuloma Vinuloma Pranayam. This helps me concentrate on the breath through a single nostril at at time.Deep and long breaths feel good and exhales it slowly as possible with concentration completely on the breath.I don’t count the time or breaths I do it till I don’t want to.

Finally, I just sit and let my breath to be natural. I observe the breath how to feels,the path and in between various thoughts do come but I gently get back to focus on my breath.So this one takes little portion of my whole meditation session.

Doing this session everyday in the morning helps me stay at peace,control my emotions better and live at the moment.
